Sweet Tikki

 

Recipe

In a big bowl add all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar, cardamom powder, oil mix it well with hands now pour little milk and knead it with palm of hands knead it very well so that semolina breaks its tiny particles knead it almost 10 mints make little hard dough use milk as you required now rest the dough for 6 to 8 mints .take a ball size dough and roll it like round circle and cut it with cookie cutter. Take oil for deep fry and fry these circle shape Tikki on medium flame and let it cool on room temperature. Have it and enjoy it with evening tea or as a snack. You can store it in air tight jar for 10days.
