Recipe
Boil pulse in plain water, when it is half cooked add chicken, salt, black pepper, cumin, ginger, garlic paste, green chili, red chili in it and let the pulse and chicken completely tender and make sure there is no more water in it. Let this mixture cool in room temperature. Chop this mixture in chopper now put chopped onion, green coriander and egg in it mix it very well .do the shape of kebab and shallow fry it in fry pan. Enjoy these kebabs with ketchup and green chutney.
