Recipe

        Soak the chickpeas in normal water add baking soda and leave it over night or almost 10 hours. Next morning put them into pressure cooker with its water .Close the cooker lid turn on the flame when the whistle blew let the chickpeas cook for 5 mints .after that   release the stream   from cooker and check little bit water is left in chick peas .it is fully cook now put keep this aside on the other hand 2tb spoon oil add ginger, Garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, and tomato paste fry it well. Add the chickpeas in this mixture add grind carom Seed, 1tea spoon mix spices powder cook it well even the slight water is dry. Now Serve it with pickle and yoghurt and enjoy your meal.
