Lahori Harissa 




Ingredients for kabab

  • Beef mince                       ¼ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tb spoon
  • Salt                                   To taste
  • Red chili                           ½ teaspoon
  • Chat masala                     ½ teaspoon

Recipe:

Heat half cup of oil and add onion fry the onion until it is golden brown now we add chicken. Fry chicken until it change its color then add green chili paste, spinach, red chili, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric cook for 2, 3 mints add beat yogurt on low flame and leave the chicken until its tender when the chicken is tender add 4 cups of water now add wheat and mix it well on a low flame if your flame is high it may burnt so it cook on a low flame of stove for about half an hour.

Mix all ingredients mention above in the list and do the mince Shape of small long kabab and fry it in half cup of oil .on the other hand when wheat cook very well add the kabab in pot. Take 5 tb spoon of hot oil and pour it on the wheat puree and finally sprinkle some mix hot spices powder on it and now your yummy Harrisa is ready to serve.
